Launching SMART CARD ARMS LICENSE



  • The Union Home Minister Amit Shah has launched the Smart Card Arms License (SCAL), replacing the existing arms license booklet.

  • It is portable and the smart card will also have inherent security features.

  • It was launched on the occassion of 75th Anniversary of Delhi Police.
