At RAM'S IAS STUDY CIRCLE, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a purchase or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our products and services.

1. Cancellation of Orders

  • Physical Products: If you have placed an order for any physical study materials and wish to cancel it, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched. After this period or once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Digital Products: Cancellations for digital products such as e-books, online courses, or downloadable materials are not permitted once the purchase is complete. Digital products are considered final sale items.
  • Subscription Services: You can cancel your subscription to any of our services at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed content until the end of the billing cycle, and no future payments will be processed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Physical Products: Refunds for physical products are only available if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final, and refunds are not provided once the product is delivered. We encourage you to review the product description and demo (if available) before making a purchase.
  • Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services are not available once a billing cycle has started. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a physical product or service, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at ramsiasstudycircle@gmail.com with your order details, including the reason for the refund request.
  • For physical products, include photos of the damaged or defective product if applicable.
  • Once your refund request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products such as e-books, downloadable materials, and online courses.
  • Subscription payments already processed.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, first check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at ramsiasstudycircle@gmail.com.
