Follow On Public Offering



Adani Enterprises, in their latest announcement said that it has decided not to proceed with its ₹20,000 crore Follow On Public offer(FPO) and has decided to return the proceeds to its investors.
 

In the New issue market, if any company or Financial corporation(issuer) issues shares for the first time, it's called Initial Public Offering (IPO).
 

And if any company or corporation that has already issued shares, issues shares again, to raise additional funds, it's called Follow On Public Offering (FPO).
 

There are two types of FPO namely- Diluted FPO and Non-diluted FPO.
