The 6th edition of joint exercise TARKASH was recently concluded by The National Security Guard (NSG) and US Special Operations Forces(SOF).
For the first time the exercise included “Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) terror response” in the drill.
The exercise aims to rapidly neutralize the terrorists , rescue hostages safely and deactivate the chemical weapons carried by the terrorist.
CBRN weapons are considered as weapons of mass destruction
